Yuudai Tsurumi (
Appearance[]
Tsuru is a tall man with black hair, he wears a white lab coat and trousers with a black shirt under it opened at the collar he also wears a tie that hangs down to his waist. He wears a pair of white rectangular glasses.
Personality[]
Tsuru is a calm man as he needs to protect Izuna, he has shown panic and shock as shown when he saw that Shizuka had been bitten or when he saw his wife and daughter be killed and turned into zombies while witnessing it on the news.
Story[]
Tsuru was a doctor before the plague and then he isolated himself in a lab to try and find a cure after he lost his family, He took in Izuna when he found her alone, he was also shocked to find out that she was immune to the virus, so he kept her by his side to see if her blood was the key and also to take the place of his daughter that he lost.
Akira's Group encountered Tsuru when they came across a lab that he was taking refuge in, Tsuru joined their team along with Izuna as he needed a larger lab.
Whilst on a train Tsuru told them about his family and that he was all that was left, Akira's group agreed to help get him to the lab, When they arrived at the area the gate was locked so Akira and Shizuka left to try and find another way in, Tsuru then witnessed Izuna take a keycard from a zombie security guard by sticking her arm into his cabin, However the Zombie did not bite her or even grab her showing that the Zombies will ignore Izuna completely, Izuna then witnessed Akira return with an infected Shizuka and had a look of Horror on his face, as the group cried Tsuru pointed out that Shizuka has not turned yet and that they can now get into the lab so he vowed to save her, Tsuru and the group rushed into the lab with Akira carrying Shizuka, they laid her on an empty bed and then Tsuru began working on the Vaccine, He told the group that he has had success on Animals but not humans, Tsuru took a sample of Izuna's blood and put it into the mixer, it took 10 minutes but luckily Shizuka didn't turn during that time, Tsuru then administered the Vaccine to Shizuka and then she awoke later fully recovered, Tsuru then examined Shizuka to see if there were any side effects and luckily there were none, Whilst eating Corn Tsuru stated about how the Vaccine as of right now cannot cure a Zombie this made Akira think of Saori and Others he has lost, but Tsuru vowed that he will work none stop to find a way, but was called out by Izuna to not overwork himself.
Whilst working with Shizuka on the Vaccine they saw a government Helicopter arriving at the lab and some black ops soldiers entered the facility, Tsuru monitored them via the security cameras and he saw them go into a locked vault where he saw them find some Zombie scientists who they quickly dispatched with their guns, but then they were attacked by something else and wiped out.
Akira Kenchou Takemina and Beatrix went to investigate and they found some Mutant alien type creature, Tsuru saw this on the monitor and was shocked about this and realized that the Zombie Virus was genetically engineered, Akira's group took up arms from the dead soldiers and fought the monsters, Izuna then left to go help them and thanks to her strategy they won. but then the security protocol started locking down the lab to incinerate the remains of the monsters, Tsuru panicked as he was worried that Akira and the others would die but they managed to get through the gate just as it closed.
After a few more days and Kenchou visiting his Grandpa's grave Tsuru allowed Izuna to leave and travel with Akira's Group.

Tsuru acted as her parental figure during the Plague, he cares for her safety and will always let her make her own choices

After meeting Akira he joined his group as he held the knowledge of curing the Zombie virus, he has trust in Akira and his fighting skills
Shizuka Mikazuki[]
Tsuru got along well with Shizuka as they both wished to find a cure to the Zombie Virus, He showed great concern for her when Akira returned with an infected Shizuka, Tsuru vowed to save her as she seemed to have been taking longer to turn than others who seem to turn almost instantly, Tsuru made the Vaccine using Izuna's Blood and made it in time and saved Shizuka, making her the first successful recipient of the vaccine. They then worked together on how to mass produce the Vaccine
Sanae Tsurumi[]
She was his Wife who he loved, they seemed to have had a happy Marriage, He was greatly saddened when he watched a News Feed from a helicopter and saw his Family on the roof and saw a swarm of zombies make its way to them, he watched in horror as his family was killed and turned into zombies.
Hina Tsurumi[]
She was his daughter who he doted on, He would always explain his job to her when she asked him what was a Virus, Tsuru then watched a news feed of his Daughter and Wife die and become Zombies as she and her mother were cornered on a roof by a swarm of zombies.

Tsuru is also very skilled in Making medicine, he was able to make an anti Zombie Virus Vaccine to cure Shizuka in record Time before she turned into a Zombie

Tsuru is also skilled in treating the injured he was able to nurse Shizuka back to full health
